MONOGRAM UCITS Funds and its sub-funds, are recognised under Section 264 of the FSMA 2000 for marketing to persons in the United Kingdom.

Many of the protections provided by the United Kingdom regulatory structure may not apply to investments in MONOGRAM funds, including access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you are in any doubt as to whether you are permitted to invest in any of the MONOGRAM funds, you should contact your financial adviser who will also be able to discuss the suitability of such an investment with you and who will be able to obtain further information concerning the investments by contacting us on your behalf. Persons resident outside the United Kingdom should consult their professional advisers as to whether they require any consents or need to observe any other formalities before they can invest in the products described in this website. Persons resident outside of the United Kingdom, including but not restricted to the United States of America and Canada, should refer to the prospectus of the relevant MONOGRAM fund for further specific jurisdictional information (in particular, persons resident in the United States of America should refer to the eligibility criteria and the definition of “US Person” in such documentation).

Subscriptions for shares or units in any of the MONOGRAM funds will only be made on the basis of the current offering document and other formative documentation for the relevant fund.

Applications for shares in a Fund can only be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the current Prospectus and KIIDs of the Fund. No person has been authorised to give any information or to make any representation, warranty, statement or assurance not contained in the Prospectus and, if given or made, such other information or representation, warranty, statement or assurance may not be relied upon.

Investment risks

There are significant risks associated with investment in the Funds outlined in the Website. Investment is intended for sophisticated investors who can accept the risks associated with such an investment including a substantial or complete loss of their investment and who have no need for immediate liquidity in their investment. Investments will be subject to strict limitations on transferability and withdrawal. There will be no secondary or public market. The value of investments and any income derived from them can go down as well as up and the value of an investor’s investment may be subject to sudden and substantial falls. The loss on realisation may be very high and could result in a substantial or complete loss of investment. Past performance is not an indicator of a future positive performance. Most if not all of the protections provided by the United Kingdom regulatory structure will not apply to the Funds.  Some investment positions may be illiquid and investment may be made in non-publicly traded securities.  The foregoing list of risk factors is not complete and reference should be made to the relevant Fund’s offering document. An investment may only be made after receiving and reviewing the offering document and the risk factors contained therein. You should rely only on the offering document in making any decision to invest.  If you are considering investing in a Fund, you should first consult with your professional advisors.

The information and opinions contained in this website are for background purposes only and do not purport to be full or complete. No representation, warranty, or undertaking, express or implied, is given as to the accuracy or completeness of the information or opinions contained in this document by any person and no liability is accepted by any person for the accuracy and completeness of any such information or opinions.

The investment products and services described in the website may have tax consequences. Any tax reliefs referred to are those currently available and their value depends on the circumstances of the individual investor. You acknowledge that levels and bases of taxation may change, and that MONOGRAM does not provide tax advice. You should consult your own tax advisor in order to understand the tax consequences of the products and services described in the website.
